Cancellation of bookings can be done via our website up to 48 hours before the requested service. For cancellations made at such last minute we urge you to confirm that cancellation has been received by us. Cancellations may take place up to 48 hours prior to travelling free of charge.Cancellations made 48-24 hours before service will be charged 50% of the cost of service. The remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used for the booking.Requests for cancellations less than 24 hours before service will not be refunded. Amendments to your booking can be made online free of charge by using the reference number provided to you via e-mail at the time of the original booking.
